A good day for friends

It seems that every time we go on one of these trips with our daughters, they make friends with some other kids staying at the resort. Last year it was a family from Denver, and our daughters still exchange e-mails with them.

This year it was a family from the Houston area, with two daughters near the ages of our daughters. They've been playing every evening after skiing, and a couple of nights ago our two families went out to dinner together. Today was the other family's last day before flying home tomorrow morning, and we thought the girls would all enjoy skiing together.

It was another snowy day, though the snow wasn't nearly as heavy as yesterday. Unfortunately, we all got pretty wet fairly early, and since we're scheduled for a Moonlight sleigh ride tonight, we came in early so we could get all our coats, gloves and such dried before we had to go out again. The girls are enjoying their last few hours together, before it just the four of us again.
