Back from vacation (sort of...)

We arrived home yesterday morning at about 2am, after an exhausting three-segment journey from Sydney that began on Wednesday morning (Sydney time), progress through to Wednesday evening (Auckland time), jumped back to Tuesday evening as we crossed the international dateline, allowing us to land in San Francisco on Wednesday morning about the same time we left Sydney!

However, I'm not at home now. Yesterday, after getting a few hours sleep, we climbed into the van and headed north to pick up the Qgeeklets from my parents. I'm currently in upstate NY, and will be returning home tomorrow. I've been trying to catch up on everyone's entries, but it may take time. After the dust settles, I'll try to put together some posts with the highlights from our two weeks "down under." All I'm going to say right now is that it was a wonderful trip!
