There's also a very good reason why we don't farm kangaroos - they are almost impossible to catch and handle safely.
Just imagine trying to catch one in the middle of a Wisconsin snow storm! I can just imagine the Sheriff's deputies chasing this through the snowy fields...too bad no one had a video camera, eh?
