I doubt this will have much impact on the parish level, since the idea is to bring whole congregations of Anglicans into the Church. Essentially, we would be creating new parishes that remain Anglican in everything but name.

I'm most curious to see what the long-term, unintended consequences of this move will be. I suspect that it will open the doors for reforms that the Vatican has been very reluctant to even think about, let alone address.
