In the Catholic Church, the Sunday between Christmas and New Year's Day (which is the Feast of Mary, Mother of God, which is a holy day of obligation) is the Feast of the Holy Family. Most Catholic churches maintain their normal Sunday schedule. The Basilica celebrates six masses every Sunday (plus the Saturday vigil), so I expect the solemn mass will still be in place at Noon. But I will check first, just to be sure.
