The story on the nightly news last night talked about how much life they're trying to breathe into the sport, how he's about more than soccer, blah blah blah and that "in Britain, he's considered past his prime."

I also wondered if he'll call it "football" when he gets here.

One of his future teammates who was interviewed said all positive things and ended with, "I just hope he picks up the bill at dinner."
